Member registration

Click "Member Registration" at the top right of the homepage to become a free member. In addition, you can also choose to register as a member with Facebook, which is convenient and quick. Top Mall will use the customer's registered email address as the primary contact method. Please pay attention to the settings of your email account to avoid mistakes in listing your mail as spam and missing any important information.

Shopping Procedure

Login to the website
Add items to your shopping cart (if necessary: ​​remember to choose color and size)
Go to the checkout page to enter your profile and address**
choose the payment method 
Complete payment (After successful, you will receive a confirmation email from the system. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified)
After receiving the user's order, Top Mall will arrange the goods delivery.
After Top Mall shipped the item, the user will receive an email notification. The tracking number can be used to check the delivery status.
The product is successfully delivered to the specified address of the user.
 

**Every member can only register one Top Mall account once. If the customer is found to open the account with false information, the company has the right to delete its account without further notice. Top Mall also reserves all rights to pursue.

Payment Method

Bank transfer / ATM
1) The bank account information will be displayed on the confirmation order page. Please enter the number within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation order email, and send the number of papers/notices to our Facebook Inbox or WhatsApp: 5542 0410, otherwise you will be dismissed.
2) Contact Method It is recommended to fill in the mobile phone number that can be contacted by WhatsApp (if you need to contact us by other means, please indicate in the "Order Communication" so that the store can make another arrangement).
3) The store will reserve the goods for you immediately after receiving the number of papers, and will notify you by email of the delivery schedule.
4) If you choose to mail the customer, please check that the address you filled in is correct and the store will not bear the risk of mailing.
5) If you have any enquiries about the product or the order, please confirm the order link message in the order email or send a WhatsApp message to 55410410.


Cash on delivery
     1) Applicable only to the Mong Kok Collection Center.

     2) If you want to choose cash on delivery, please contact us before arrival to confirm if there is any stock.

     3) Present SMS/Provide phone number when picking up.

1) Note: PayPal charges a 4.5% transaction fee when paying with PayPal.


 PayMe-CreditCard
1) Hong Kong customers can use your mobile phone to bind your credit card and transfer funds to Top Mall via PayMe APP.

2) Download PayMe APP in the mobile before using it for the first time.

3) There is no service charge.

Delivery methods

SF Express ( HK$30 for shipping fee, exemption if you spend HK$299 or more; non-commercial address including home/remote area requires HK$30 surcharge, cash on delivery)

SF Express has different delivery times for different regions. For example, the delivery for industrial and commercial building will usually complete within one to two working days, while non-commercial buildings or remote locations takes longer time.
SF Express has a Tracking Code service, so you can check the latest shipping status at any time.

SF Express (Pick up at SF Station or Service Centre)  (HK$30 for handling fee, exemption if spending over HK$299)

After the products you ordered are delivered to your designated SF Station or Service Center, we will keep your products for 3 days and send you a SMS during this period. If you still haven't picked up the product on the third day, this order will be temporarily stored in the SF store and will be contacted by telephone to arrange for re-delivery. If the delivery is not successful until the 5th day, the order will be cancelled automatically and the product will be returned to us. If you have already paid, your payment will be returned to your account. If you still want to buy this product, please re-order.

Hong Kong Post (Registered Packet) (HK$15.5 registration fee, exemption if spending over HK$199)

Hong Kong Post (registered) post can trace the mail. If the postman delivers the goods to your address but no one receive the mail, they will leave you a delivery card. The recipient can contact the post office by showing the delivery card and the identity card to the post office.  If the quantity of goods ordered is large, it is recommended to use the registered post, but the risk of mailing (damage) must be borne by the buyer.

 Mong Kok Pick Up Centre (self-collection)

Location: Room 03-04, 9th Floor, Bright Way Tower, 33 Mong Kok Road, Mong Kok (Exit A2, Mong Kok)
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 22:00 (closed on public holidays)
There is no minimum consumption, and one item can also be selected for self-collection. There is no additional charge and cash payment can be made on site.

After receiving the confirmation SMS, you will be able to pick up your item by showing you mobile phone number when you arrive. Please bring your own shopping bag.

Other notice

If the item is not in stock or requires a longer delivery time, we will clearly state it on the product page and arrange for someone to notify the customer. We will arrange shipments as soon as possible; however, the delivery time of goods will be affected by factors such as the transport laws of individual districts, customs, logistics arrangements, weather and local public holidays. We are not binding and do not assume any legal responsibility for losses caused by delays.

All goods are brand new and original imported from overseas, which may cause a slight cloak on the packaging, but it will not affect the quality of the products. Purely loaded cartons (non-product direct containers) are not damaged as a reason for refund if they are damaged during shipment.

Overseas imported goods are often replaced and packaged. The products photo in the website might not be the most updated one. The pictures and functions in the product details are for reference only. The color of the products may vary slightly depending on the settings of the computer screen. Please refer to the actual product. This shop guarantees that everything is original overseas and is consistent with the mainstream new products in the current market.
