Description

Blackmores Pregnancy & Breast-Feeding Formula Gold is specially formulated to provide the essential nutrients a woman requires prior to and during pregnancy, as well as when breast-feeding. Two capsules per day provide recommended dietary intake quantities of most vitamins for a pregnant woman, plus minerals and oils essential for baby's health.

Omega-3 Fish oil - natural (tuna oil) 463mg; containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 167mg as: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 125mg; Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 32mg;


10 Vitamins Vitamin B1 Thiamine nitrate 500mcg; Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 750mg; Nicotinamide 7.5mg; Vitamin B6 750mcg, (Pydridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin B12 1.5mcg; (Cyanocobalamin) Folic acid 250mcg; Vitamin E - natural 5.2IU, (d-alpha-Tocopherol 3.5mg); Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 250 IU Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 30mg; Mixed carotenoids 2.88mg, (as calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous 200mg); extract equiv. to fresh cell 72mg.

Directions
